"I had been meaning to get a personal trainer for months but I’d kept putting off the idea. After being approached by Jordan and having a free session with him I quickly started training with him, two times a week. Jordan provided me with a diet plan and regular coaching and changed my whole attitude towards diet and exercise.
My initial reason for wanting to get a personal trainer was to change some unhealthy lifestyle habits and also improve my fitness for my career. I never thought that I’d see changes in such a short period of time and although this was down to an incredible amount of hard work on my end; I owe huge credit to Jordan for helping me stay motivated. Throughout my journey I could see that Jordan was committed to helping me achieve my targets and was invested in my well being. Moreover, throughout the journey I really feel that I have gained a friend as well as a coach and mentor. Although my transformation programme is over, I can safely say that I would definitely be training with Jordan again." |
