"Jordan approached me in the gym at a time when I was at my lowest ebb and unable to train with him. He supplied me with helpful hints and tips and an online routine when he didn't have to. The online routine got me so far and once I was back on my feet I kept a promise to Jordan and had him train me. It was the best decision I've ever made! Jordan is a very knowledgeable trainer that pushes you to your limits and keeps the sessions varied. In 20weeks Jordan has changed my life especially when it comes to food and nutrition, the way I see, buy and cook all my own food is a complete lifestyle change that has transformed who I am, not only physically but mentally as well.
Anyone reading this that needs a little push in the right direction then I cannot recommend Jordan enough, he's flexible with session times which was great for me working shifts, he's also mad as a hatter but beneath the crazy is a guy who knows what you're going through as he was in the same place, his knowledge and empathy shine through and he wants you to succeed just as much as you yourself!

"What can I say about my time with Jordan. 12 weeks ago, I was a different person. Not just physically, but mentally.

I had got tired of yo-yo dieting and running endlessly on a treadmill with no real results.

In came,  Jordan, He has made the gym a fun, enjoyable experience. I now feel lost if I go a day without working out, which I never thought would happen.

He kept me motivated and pushed me to my limits, dramatically changing my lifestyle for the better.

I had never stepped foot in a kitchen before Jordan came along. He's turned me into a Masterchef and taught me valuable skills I'll take away for life. The way I see, buy and cook my food is completely different now.

He is very knowledgeable about nutrition. I knew nothing about clean, healthy eating and so even his simple tips like smaller portion sizes have helped massively.
It has made such a huge difference to my life.
I'm now able to enjoy basic things like clothes shopping and not worry about finding the right fit.
A mix of cardio, boxing and weights has pushed me to challenge myself so much that I find myself doing this even when Jordan's not by my side.

When exercising in the past, I used to always stop when I'd get to the tough bit, but Jordan has taught me that it's when you push through that tough bit that you make the real results.
Jordan has also turned me into a morning person, thanks to the dreaded 8am weekend morning sessions.
He is extremely reliable and has never once cancelled a session on me.
I've still got some way to go but I'm excited and ready for the challenge.

If you're unsure about getting a PT, I'd advise you not to think too much. Just do it! I spent years considering it, and the only regret I have is that I wish I'd done it sooner. It's one thing changing someone's physical appearance, but changing someone's mindset is a whole new ballgame."

​"I first started to realise I was putting on weight when I began working, I did quite long hours and was tired constantly, it started with energy drinks which eventually turned into 6+ a day. I smoked around 20/30 cigarettes a day and had takeaways as it was just the convenience of them. After a couple of years I was 18+ stone. It took me being in hospital with sever chest and heart pains to realise it was getting out of hand, my cholesterol was up, blood pressure constantly high and the doctor said I needed to change my lifestyle or I would be on medication for the rest of my life. I struggled a lot with body confidence and never thought I’d join the gym. The first day in the gym I had no idea what to expect, it was a new experience which made me quite anxious but I thought everyone has to start somewhere. On my way out I seen P.T cards I took a few and looked online at their story’s, Jordan’s stood out for me as he’s been in a similar situation with weight issues but managed to achieve his weight goals.I booked an induction he was friendly made me feel comfortable so I decided to do some sessions. Jordan set me goals I realised I was loosing pounds each week, loosing inches off my stomach and chest and it made me determined not to go back to how I was. I stopped smoking, eating takeaways and energy drinks which is something I never thought I could do. I lost over 3 stone in 5 months I can’t believe what I’ve achieved in such a small length of time. I now enjoy healthy eating it takes minuites to prepare and it’s easy to make, I look at foods and drinks differently now as I’m more aware of what’s going into my body and the damage some foods/ drinks can cause. I wish I had started sooner as it’s changed my life for the better my cholesterol is normal, blood pressure as it should be and I have more energy, body confidence and overall a better understanding of foods/dieting the correct way to do it thanks to Jordan."

"When I first started training with Jordan, I was not gym fit at all. I never been pushed as much as Jordan did. Jordan has been the biggest support throughout the 12 weeks of training. Each workout I was tested to my limits and pushing me to do the best of my abilities. When ever I had a question, he was always been able to answer them all from diet plan to workouts. Every session was a good laugh and always made me feel I can do it. As time went on I have become more confident and felt I was enabled to do the things I thought I never could do. This all the thanks of Jordan, his knowledge and skills he has. I couldn't thank him enough."

Here we have my client that started training right before the lockdown came into effect. Here we have 5 weeks between the both photos which are absolutely amazing results for the very little amount of time we spent together. He was originally booked on for 12 weeks but due to gyms being shut we had to postpone all training. Still outstanding results and was very happy to train him.

"I started training with Jordan in July 2020 after deciding it was time to lose weight and get fit. Every session was tough (but fun) and he always strived to push harder while respecting my limits. It was a 16 week long journey of training during the pandemic with a lockdown and several restrictions however this never stopped him from being present, consistent and making sure I was reaching my goals. His knowledge of nutrition was amazing and taught me to have a better relationship with food and showed me that a balanced diet takes you a long way in this process. "I have been working out with Jordan for almost 4 months now and he is the first personal trainer I have been able to stick with and believe in. He is not only professional and knowledgeable about exercises, movement and anatomy; but he also has an incredible energy and spirit that could motivate a wall to do burpees without stopping. My added challenge was having a ‘Vegetarian’ diet. Jordan was able to quickly create/customise diet plans to suit my require protein/carbs/fat intake! 

Before joining him, I was never comfortable with weight training but he helped me gain comfort in the gym and has taught me to great techniques (some quite technical and precise), that helps me during training even on my own. 

The one thing I love most about his enthusiasm and passion for personal fitness and health is he has the uncanny knack of being able to get that one more squat, lunge, deadlift everything out of you and helps you go above and beyond where you didn't even personally think you could go, he can see it in you as to how far you can really go then utilises this in helping you go further then expected. He is a fun guy and keeps things light at the gym which just makes you feel comfortable with your workouts.

Just in 4 months, my results speak for itself where I have lost weight, reduced the waist size and feel toned for the first time in a long time. Although all personal training can get expensive, I believe he provides the best value in Manchester due to it’s structured and longer than typical sessions! If you’re looking for an amazing trainer – Jordan is your man"

"Massive thanks to Jordan for training me for the last 8 weeks. From the start we set out my goals and how we'd go about achieving them and I 100% feel like I have. I enjoyed every training session and I feel like I learnt something new every week which has helped me to put some really healthy habits in place moving forward.  The sessions were hard but Jordan encouraged me to push past what I thought were my limits and I feel loads better for it both physically and mentally.  The workouts and the meal plan were simple and easy to follow and Jordan was always happy to answer any questions I had. "Taking up PT sessions with Jordan was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was one of those guys that signed up to the gym over the years and go for a few weeks and then not go again for months/years at a time.

Jordan's coaching is 2nd to none. He really pushed me to do those extra reps and heavier weights. His coaching has given me the confidence and tools to be confident, consistent and pro-active in the gym from now on.

His meals plans were great and varied too. Which was a godsend.
