"I had been attending the gym for a while running on the treadmill and the occasional class, although I had lost some weight, progress was slow.
I had not really considered having personal training sessions until Jordan approached me in the gym. I am so glad I agreed to the first session.
Over the last few months I have been having regular sessions with Jordan and following the diet plan that he provided. He has monitored my progress on a weekly basis and has pushed me at each session. The sessions have been fun and challenging, and I can really see their impact.
The weight has been dropping off and I feel a stronger and more confident.
I still have some weight to loose to achieve my goal but I have made so much progress that I actually believe the end goal is now achievable.
This has all been down to the help and support provided by Jordan who has made the sessions enjoyable while providing constant encouragement and ensuring that I have the correct posture and technique to avoid injury. I would definitely recommend sessions with Jordan– you will have a laugh as well as losing weight and getting fitter.
