"I started going to the gym last year but when I got to a certain point I felt stuck and couldn’t see any further results, I had bad habits and was struggling with sticking to a strict diet and knowing what to eat and how to train in the gym, which is when I approached Jordan and I’m glad I did as I have not only managed to lose more weight and gain more muscle than I thought I could but I’ve also learnt so much from him about dieting and ways to train in the gym, I feel a lot more confident now about dieting and exercise as well as feeling more confident than I ever have in my own body, can’t thank and recommend Jordan enough.
