"I’ve been training with Jordan for twelve weeks. So far I’ve lost 38lbs. I never thought, when Jordan sent me my diet plans, that I would stick with it. But it’s been really good, and Jordan has tweaked them as necessary, and encouraged me constantly. Our PT sessions are brilliant. Jordan pushes me to keep going, and I really like that. But he’s also a really funny guy, so the sessions are fun as well. He’s got me doing stuff I never imagined I would be able to do, and this spurs me on when I work out on my own. I wouldn’t have got the results I have without Jordan’s help, and I really like the changes I can see in myself. Big thanks to Jordan for that.
I’ve a way to go yet, at least another 25lb to lose, but I believe with Jordan’s help and encouragement, I will do it.
