ABOUT JORDAN
I got into fitness because I needed to lose a lot of weight myself. I got into really bad shape and I knew it was getting out of hand. I decided that enough was enough and I needed to make the change! I finally hit my goals and felt like I could help people with their journey as I was once in their shoes.
I completed my qualification in Ireland and from there travelled the world helping people not only achieve their goals but absolutely smash them. I am very passionate about my job and do everything in my power to help people.
One area I believed I was lacking on my journey was nutrition. I decided to make it my professional goal to become knowledgeable in that area. Now due to intense studies and trial and error on myself, I have learned exactly what one needs to get to the bottom of weight loss and to build and maintain lean muscle.
I continuously motivate people and help them day in, day out and share my knowledge with them in a fun and exciting environment. I make training entertaining so it doesn’t feel like your average workout while not only getting the goals you expect but smashing the goals you dreamed of!
