I can supply people with diet plans and weight lifting programmes to suit your needs. I was quite a heavy guy myself (14 stone) and I didn't have any motivation to get myself into the gym, but once I did and I pushed myself so hard I got my weight down to 11 stone. I now find it quite hard now not to go to the gym. I like to see people succeed and to achieve their desired goals and most of all to see the look on their face when they see before and after pictures. Hours are flexible just as long as clients succeed in getting the goals they are looking for, that's what I'm looking for so don't be afraid to ask any questions.
30 MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING
A 30 minute session isn't going to get you quick and fast results but what it will give you is the motivation to get in the gym and get yourself started on the path to your goal. We will not be using this time for stretches, warm ups and cool downs so please leave time either side to do these.
Recommended a minimum of 2 sessions a week.
1 nutrition plan included.
Additional nutrition plans will cost extra on this plan.
12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION
My 12 week transformation programme is the most popular package I have on offer. This package will push you to your limits and will also give you the knowledge to carry on solo after the 12 weeks is over or you might decide to jump on my maintenance package if you feel you would like to carry on training with me. In this package you get updated nutrition plans to match your weight-loss, numerous workouts and heaps of fitness information all sent via email.
Recommended for a minimum of 2 sessions per week throughout the whole 12 weeks.
60 MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING
During a 60 minute session we will go one on one and work on the exercises that fit your goal. I will also set you exercises to do at home and show you what to do when you come to the gym alone. We will not be using this time for stretches, warm ups and cool downs so please leave time either side to do these.
